In my opinion following actions items has to be taken out in the villages and towns.
1. we should educate people how good using solar power as electricity will be.
this conversion of solar power to electricity is good way to generate power.
but we need to do some R&D how we can reduce the cost of equipement can be brought down
so it will be available to poor as well, so they can use it for their villages and farms etc..

2 we should actually educate all the people esp in villages about all kinds of good policies
that govt is employing. so they can actully get benefitted from it.
One way of doing so is, have some kind of citizen help centres , may be one help centre for 3 or 4 villages. through this help centre we actually can achieve lot of other things as well like..
--> guiding the youngsters in the villages and routing them to appropriate education system.
--> helping in getting education and course related information for students..
--> educating uneducated ppl through night schools. teaching them.
--> this can even act is mediator for villages and govt in petitioning some problems to govt on behalf of villages..
